Tutoring Information

Tutoring:

All SCMS teachers offer free tutoring before or after school for their students once per week. Please reach out to your student’s teacher to see what day it is offered. Students will need to inform teachers ahead of time when they are planning on going to tutoring and it is requested that students come with questions or something they’d like to work on.

Charlotte Meck Library offers free online tutoring through Tutor.com. All SCMS students can use their one access student ID as their library card number and can sign up for as many as 15 sessions a week! This is great for homework help!

Many SCMS teachers tutor privately for a fee. Students are not allowed to be tutored by their current teachers. However, parents can reach out to current teachers to see if they have a list of private tutors in the subject area.
